Our investment

We founded Corteco in 2022 to build the leading Nordic partner for outer-shell property maintenance and renovation. The group consists of entrepreneurially driven specialists across windows, facades, roofs and adjacent disciplines, serving professional customers — public property owners, commercial property owners and housing cooperatives — with a focus on repair and renovation.

Since inception, we have supported the Group's acquisition-driven growth by broadening the service offering across the outer shell, expanding the geographic reach across the Nordics, and capturing cross-selling opportunities between specialist subsidiaries — while also providing strategic guidance and building the organisational foundation needed to scale the company over the long term.
