Our investment

We founded Deltra in 2025 to build a leading Nordic B2B distributor. The group brings together entrepreneurially driven companies with strong local market positions and deep expertise across a broad range of categories – from personal protective equipment (PPE) and workwear to tools, machinery, welding products, diamond tools, measuring equipment, material handling solutions and consumables.

Since founding Deltra, we have supported the Group’s acquisition-driven growth by expanding the product offering, strengthening supplier relationships, increasing operational scale, and broadening the geographic footprint. In close collaboration with management, we also support strategic initiatives, organisational development, and the continued build-out of a scalable platform for long-term growth.
