Our investment

We founded Marinum in 2026 to build a leading Nordic provider of maritime infrastructure services. The group brings together entrepreneur-led companies with strong local positions and deep technical expertise across services above and below the surface, including quay and marine construction, dredging, towage and icebreaking, commercial diving, inspection and survey, cable and pipeline works, and salvage.

Together with management, we are supporting Marinum’s growth through add-on acquisitions, a broader service offering, greater operational scale and expansion beyond Sweden. We also work closely with the group on strategic initiatives, organisational development and building a scalable platform for long-term growth.
