Our investment

Sporty was established through the acquisition and integration of several Norwegian fitness chains between 2018 and 2024, all of which were unified under the Sporty brand in 2025. Since our investment, Sporty has continued to strengthen its position as one of Norway’s leading mid-market fitness operators, serving more than 135,000 members through a broad offering that includes gym facilities, group training, and personal training services across the country.

The group has delivered strong growth through a combination of organic expansion and strategic M&A. We continue to support management in accelerating this growth journey through targeted acquisitions, as well as scaling and further professionalising the organization to support long-term sustainable growth.
